What is a Lifecare Commitment?

A Lifecare commitment is our guarantee to you that we will provide warranty repairs (within the warranty periods stated below) and additional services throughout the lifetime of your spa. As an Australian-owned company that designs, manufactures, and sells its products right here in Australia, we also wanted to add the feeling of Aussies looking out for other Aussies, and that’s where our aftercare support comes in. We treat you like one of our own and we are on call to help if anything goes wrong. Not only do we stand by our product and guarantee as a manufacturer, but we also provide our local retail showroom business partners with everything they need to ensure that you receive the full Sapphire Spas aftercare experience. Even though our product warranty applies for many years after your purchase, our Lifecare commitment continues throughout the life of your spa ownership.

When you purchase a new spa, you will need to purchase a few chemicals to treat your water and keep your spa clean for use. But what happens when you run out? The answer is quite simple, call in to your local retail showroom were you purchased your spa, and take advantage of our after-sales support. Trained professionals can talk you through exactly what you need, how to use the chemicals, and the best ways to keep your spa in good condition, in a simple and easy to understand way.

Water Testing Services

Another sort after service in the spa industry is water testing. Water testing is conducted to ensure your water is safe to be in. Your water test is part of what dictates what cleaning chemicals you will need to use in your water, A large number of our distributors offer this water testing service, making it easy for you to know that your spa is safe for the entire family (check with your local Sapphire Spa distributor to find out if your local store is able to quality check your spa for you).
